THE UNITY CANDLE

The most popular tradition is the Unity Candle; it symbolizes the unification of two individuals. The Bride and Groom light their candles and with their flames they light a third candle together; when they extinguish their candles they will become one.

THE SAND CEREMONY

The Sand Ceremony is an alternative to the Unity Candle and it was created because sometimes candles don't want to stay lit, especially if the wind blows, and it has become a very popular ceremony to perform at the Beach. It has the same meaning as the Unity Candle Ceremony; it means that you renounce your separate lives to create a new life together.

include your children into the ceremony. You may choose any combination of bottles, vases or sand colors from

the ones you see on the pictures below, and when you book with us we'll take care of the setup and decorations at no extra cost. Sand comes in White, Light Yellow, Light Peach, Light Pink, Light Purple, Sky Blue and Light Green.

GIFT TO A CHILD

Whether they are mutual or from previous relationships, most parents like to include their children into their Wedding Ceremony to make them feel special. For that, during Ceremony the Minister will call the child or children to approach the Bride and Groom and they will present the child or children with a gift; usually a chain with a pendant (some choose to engrave it). This gift symbolizes their promise of continuing love, support and protection, and it is given in recognition of the merging of two families into one. Download File to read the wording for this ceremony, and look at the pictures below for the different items we carry for boys and/or girls.
