What we collect?
The information we request in the application for a Confidential Marriage License includes:
Your full legal names, your dates and places of birth, your address, the name of your parents and their place of birth.
What we do with the information we gather?
The information we request is the data we require in order to issue your Confidential Marriage License. However, you are not required to complete the application on line, but for your convenience you may do so we can have a sample copy of your marriage license ready when you come in. To complete the process, both of you need to be present and you MUST bring valid forms of ID. We ONLY use your information for internal record keeping, and we will never sell or give your information to anyone other than the required authorities. Your Confidential Marriage License and the information contained will be sent to the Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk in order to file your marriage after the ceremony is performed.
